So far, the story of Carlos Gardel, and his artistic legacy, has passed through several generations, sustained by a strong sense of Buenos Aires identity and with an international prominence reached by very few of his contemporaries; but there is an inherited succession, that we will herein explain:<\/p>
Carlos Gardel, by means of his last will and testament dated on November 7th<\/sup>, 1933 names her mother Berthe Gardes as the universal heir of all his goods and rights. Through a last will and testament\u00a0 dated on July 2nd, 1942, Berthe Gardes names Armando Vicente De Fino as the sole and universal heir of the goods inherited from Carlos Gardel. Under last will and testament dated February 7th, 1960, Armando De Fino names his wife, Adela Blasco de De Fino, as the sole and universal heir of his goods and rights, mentioning that in the case she should die first or if they should die simultaneously, after bequeathing specific properties to his nephew,\u00a0 Nuria Eulalia de Fortuny de Cortada shall become the sole and universal heir of the remaining goods (who he mentions as \u201cour daughter of the heart\u201d), asking her to: \u201c\u2026continue taking care of Carlos Gardel’s monument and vault at the Chacarita cemetery, where the remains of my beloved and unforgettable Carlos Gardel and his mother Berthe Gardes\u00b4 rest, as my wife and I have always done\u201d.<\/p> On October 27th, 2000, through the cession of rights, Mrs.Nuria Eulalia de Fortuny de Cortada, donates her daughters Nuria Eulalia Andrea Cortada de Fortuny and Mar\u00eda Ana In\u00e9s Cortada de Fortuny all the property rights and actions inherited from those rights related to all the goods and material and non-material objects owned by Carlos Gardel, his mother Mrs. Berthe Gardes and her heirs, Armando Vicente De Fino and Mrs.Adela Blasco, all of which the assigner is the sole and universal heir.<\/p> Through a cession of rights dated August 17th 2018,\u00a0 Nuria Eulalia Andrea Cortada de Fortuny and Mar\u00eda Ana In\u00e9s Cortada de Fortuny assigned the property and action rights on the things, goods, and material or non-material objects owned by Carlos Gardel in his lifetime, his mother Mrs. Berthe Gardes and her successors\u00a0 Armando Vicente De Fino \u00a0to \u00a0Walter Nelson Santoro, president of the Carlos Gardel Foundation\u00a0 completely free of charge, with the strong commitment to safeguard and revalue Carlos Gardel’s memory and legacy for future generations.<\/p> In compliance with such commitment, Carlos Gardel Foundation is created to fulfill those aims, becoming a starting point of a new story.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t![\"Walter](\"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosgardel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/Walter-Santoro-rrx4tww5vzfo0mu3syg6of2ahbzwuh6ddvqyqb0q3k.jpg\" "\\"Walter")
